This project called "Classification automated system" is made by the group Gargateam for the Euskoskills17-18 competition. We could say that this project is divided into 4 parts: Model 1,
Model 2, Mitsubishi robot with a vision camera and an engine of varied frequency.
Model 1:
You need a mecanic arm with 2 final career, 3 electrovalves, relay, pressure switch, cylinder with one final career, sucker, air regulator, terminals, electric cables and conductive air tubes.

Mitsubishi robot with a vision camera:
We have used MITSUBISHI MELFA RV-2AJ robot and COGNEX IN-SIGHT 2000-130-C vision camera.

We have used SIEMENS SINAMICS G120 CU250S-2 PN VECTOR frecuency variator with three-phase motor.

To connect the dispositives using PROFINET we used a switch, making it possible to send and receive data between them.
