Gaizka, Xabi, Lander- We've started with the 3rd challenge, a automated system that detects if a product has defects and it classifies the product moving it with a mechanical arm.

We use an In-sight 7200 as the artifial vision camera and a ABB IRB 120 mechanical arm. Both systems use its own software and programming style.

The In-Sight 7200 camera checks if a product has defects or not, and gives the proper signal to the ABB arm. Then, the ABB arm takes the product to the "OK" container or "NOK" container depending on the previous signal.
