In our opinion working in a team can help to do the jobs faster, easier and with more points of view, but all these depends in how the partners of the groups are.
As positive things about working in a team we can say that there are more pòints of view, they complement each other, the job can be divided to do faster, ... As negative thing we can say that if the members of the group don't want to work the ones who works have the double of work to do.
In our team case, we all work together each of us doing what we do better, complementing each other.
We have an open communicatios, we are honest and respectful. In some cases one of us works more because he knows more about what he is doing, but then he explains it all to all the members of the group.
We didnt any have any troubles in the group and work to improve ourselves.
